For greater energy savings, we designed Cassiopea with the flexibility to exclude the dedicated steam/hot water thermoblock via a practical switch.

New Espresso coffee machine with two heat exchangers QUICK MILL SYSTEM: this allows the supply of coffee, water and steam at the same time and independently, assuring constant temperatures and perfect performances. Thanks to the second heat exchanger, steam and water can be supplied unlimited till complete tank emptying. For energy saving the heat exchanger for steam / water can be excluded through a switch.
